Pipefitter Helper

Job Summary:

 The Pipefitter Helper assists mechanics in installing hydronic systems by positioning, aligning, and assembling components. This role requires a proactive attitude, basic tool knowledge, and a strong work ethic. Candidates must be punctual, safety-conscious, and eager to learn. Physical stamina and the ability to work in outdoor environments are essential.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Shows up on time every day with a willingness to learn
  • Positive attitude and keeps a good morale on-site
  • Know the different types of fittings, pipe sizes, and material types
  • Starting to see the needs of the Mechanic and having them ready before being asked
  • Ability to inspect tools, cords, and fire extinguishers.
  • Has Hand tools to perform the task
  • Take the initiative to start new tasks without direction.
  • OSHA 10
  • Understanding of the OPS system (Tier zero trackers)

Qualifications:

  • Willingness to learn.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Basic knowledge of tools
  • Willingness to install different hydronic systems.

  • Torpedo Level
  • Tape Measure 25’
  • Screwdriver 6 in 6-in-1
